Who we are

On Time Store is an independent store run from Egypt, selling FC 27 Coins and Robux. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by EA or Roblox. Game names are used only to say what we sell.

What we sell

FC 27 Coins: delivery partners move them into your club in batches after you enter your account details on your private order page. Normal uses the cheaper sources; Express uses faster sources at a higher price.

Robux: we buy the Game Pass you create on Roblox at the price your order page shows; Roblox keeps 30% and you receive the rest, shown as Pending for 5 to 7 days.

Risk to your account

EA’s rules don’t allow buying coins outside the game, and penalties range from removing the coins to banning the account. By buying you confirm you know and accept this risk. Our help page explains what we do to reduce it and what we do if something goes wrong.

Age

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to buy.

Price and payment

The price comes from the market at the moment you order and holds for 15 minutes from creating the order (30 minutes for the amount of BTC and the other coins priced live, as set out below).

• Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza): you pay in Egyptian pounds on the secure payment page hosted by Kashier, our payment gateway. Your bank may ask for its 3-D Secure code. We never see or keep your card number. A card payment counts once the payment gateway confirms it to us.
• When Vodafone Cash is offered: send exactly the amount to the number your order page shows, then enter the wallet number you sent from and the transaction number. We check the transfer by hand during the hours shown.
• Crypto: USDT on TRON (TRC20), USDT or USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) and, when the buy panel offers them, USDT or USDC on Ethereum (ERC20), Solana, Arbitrum One, Optimism, Avalanche C-Chain and Polygon, USDC on Base, USDT on TON, and BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC and TRX. The amount shown must arrive at the address shown, on the network shown. Payment is confirmed automatically once the network confirms it. Network and exchange fees are yours.
• USDT and USDC: 1 token counts as 1 US dollar, and exactly the amount shown must arrive.
• BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC and TRX: the coin amount comes from the coin’s current price at the moment you order and holds for 30 minutes from creating the order. If up to 1% less arrives, the order counts as paid in full. A payment that arrives after the 30 minutes is checked by us before delivery starts, because the coin’s price may have moved: we finish the order, ask for the difference, or refund it.
• USDT on TON: enter the memo your order page shows when you send. A transfer without the memo, or with a wrong one, is not credited to your order and we may not be able to recover it.
• A transfer to a wrong address, on another network or of another token may not arrive and we may not be able to recover it.

Your account details

You enter your EA account details (or your Roblox username and Game Pass link) only on your private order page, after paying. That page is in the order and tracking system we use, on a separate site; you open it with the “Open my private order page” button on your order page here. We never ask for them by chat, email or WhatsApp. Stay logged out until your order page says Completed.

Delivery and times

Times shown come from our deliveries in the last 7 days; they are not a promise of a fixed time. Delivery can take longer with the market or EA’s daily limits. We never cancel a paid order on our own.

Refunds

The refund policy explains when and how you get your money back.

Card disputes

If you dispute a card payment with your bank for an order that was delivered, in full or in part, we send the payment gateway that order’s delivery record. You can’t get the same money back twice: once through a dispute and again as a refund.

Contact

For questions about your order, message us on the WhatsApp or email shown at the bottom of the page, with your order number.
