Is your account ready?

  • The transfer market works in the Web App

    Open the FC 27 Web App and check that you can search and sell on the transfer market. New club? Play a little on console or PC to unlock it.

  • Fresh backup codes

    In your EA account, go to Security, then login verification, and create new backup codes. The delivery partner needs an unused code at every new sign-in.

  • Stay logged out

    Don’t sign in on the console, Web App or Companion app until your order page says “Completed”. Signing in during delivery stops it.

  • One seller at a time

    Don’t run a coin order with another seller during yours. Two orders at once confuse the delivery and raise the risk to your account.

What we ask for, on your order page only

  • FC 27 Coins: your EA account email and password, and fresh backup codes.
  • Robux: your Roblox username and the Game Pass link.

Your private order page opens in the order and tracking system we use, on a separate site. Its address shows on your order page here once your payment is confirmed: open it only with the “Open my private order page” button.

What we never ask for

  • Your email inbox password.
  • Your PlayStation, Xbox or Steam password.
  • Your authenticator key or any verification code in chat.
  • Your bank card details by chat, email or WhatsApp. You type them only on Kashier’s secure payment page.
  • Any details by chat, email or WhatsApp.

Account and safety

Can my account get in trouble?

Yes, it can. EA’s rules don’t allow buying coins. Penalties range from removing the coins to banning the account.

We reduce the risk by delivering in batches through sources with a track record. Your part is to stay logged out during delivery.

If something goes wrong, your order page shows exactly what arrived, and we refund what didn’t.

Why do you need backup codes?

A delivery partner signs in to the Web App only to move coins, and EA asks for a code at every new sign-in. That’s why we ask for fresh, unused codes.

After your order completes, create new codes and change your password.

Who can see my password?

You enter it only on your private order page, in the order and tracking system we use. You open it with the “Open my private order page” button once your payment is confirmed. It is stored encrypted and passed to the delivery partner to sign in to the Web App.

We never ask for it by chat, email or WhatsApp. Any message that does is a scam.

Delivery

When does delivery start?

Delivery starts by itself when you enter your account details on your order page. The page opens once your payment is confirmed.

We confirm payments: crypto automatically from the network.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery starts by itself once your payment is confirmed and you enter your account details on your private order page. Coins arrive in batches, and the page shows each one with its time.

Before you pay, the buy panel shows the usual time for your amount from our real deliveries in the last 7 days, when we have enough of them. It’s a usual time, not a promise.

Express uses faster delivery sources, so it’s usually quicker than Normal.

For Robux, we buy your Game Pass after you send its link; Roblox then keeps the Robux Pending for 5 to 7 days.

What if fewer coins arrive?

Your order page shows exactly how much has arrived.

If delivery stops partway, we resume it from where it stopped. If we can’t finish it, we refund the price of the part that didn’t arrive.

Payment and refunds

How do I pay from outside Egypt?

Pay with crypto: USDT or USDC, or BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC and TRX when the buy panel offers them. Your order page shows the address, the network and the exact amount.

USDT and USDC: the amount must arrive exactly as shown. If you send from an exchange that takes the network fee out of the amount, add the fee.

BTC and the other coins: your order locks the coin amount for a set time and shows until when, and how much short still counts as paid in full. A payment after that time is checked by us before delivery starts.

USDT on TON needs the memo your order page shows.

Payment is confirmed automatically once it arrives.

When do I get my money back?

If delivery hasn’t started, you get a full refund. If part arrived, we refund the price of the part that didn’t.

Refunds go back the way you paid: a card payment goes back to the same card, and your bank decides when it shows. We answer your request within 48 hours and send the money within 3 business days of approving it.

Robux

How do Robux arrive?

Create a Game Pass on Roblox at the price your order page shows, then enter your username and the Game Pass link there.

We buy the Game Pass: Roblox keeps 30% and you receive the rest.

The Robux show as Pending for 5 to 7 days, then unlock by themselves.
