What we collect

Only what we need to carry out and protect your order:

• Your email, and your WhatsApp number if you give one.
• Order and payment details: amount and price, the sending address and transaction on the network (crypto), and the wallet number you sent from and the transaction number when you pay with Vodafone Cash.
• Card payments: from the payment gateway, the payment reference, the card type and its last 4 digits, and whether the payment succeeded. We never receive your full card number or the CVV.
• Your internet address and browser type when you create an order, to prevent fraud and abuse.
• Your EA account details or Roblox username: entered only on your private order page, stored encrypted, and passed to the delivery partner for that order only.

Why

To carry out your order, contact you about it, check the payment, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties.

Who we share it with

Delivery partners, only as much as delivering your order needs.

Kashier, our payment gateway, which processes card payments on its own page. We send it the order reference, the amount, what you’re buying and your email (your bank may use it for its 3-D Secure check).

We don’t sell your data, and this site uses no third-party ads, trackers or analytics.

How long we keep it

As long as the order, support, accounting and the law need it; then we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion after your order ends, by WhatsApp or email with your order number.
